Error:You do not have {insert/update/delete} access to object {Object Name}. Please contact your companies Salesforce administrator to obtain access

  • Make sure at least one Payments2Us Admin Permission set added to your user profile.  For example, the "Payments2Us Standard User.
    Our strong recommendation is ALL users should have a Payments2Us Permission set assign.
  • For internal users, their profiles need to have Create/Read/Update access specifically defined as per How to set up internal security (Salesforce users)
  • If you are getting this error on the Checkout Form:
    • Make sure the Batch Processor is started.  If already started, STOP, then restart
    • A Payment Txn record would have been created before the error was displayed.  Locate that Payment Txn record, then click into the filed "Last Modified By" and then view the User Details.  From here, check the Permission Sets a related to that User and if the Payments2Us Admin one is not, then add that Permission Set to the User.
