On the Merchant Facility, select "eCheck Once-off" in the "Payment Gateway Options" field

Call Merchant Service Provider” Authorize.net error - "authorizeNetSettledTransProcessor.processGetTransactions". Authorize.net error - "Bill to first name is required" when doing a Refund. I'm getting Error "The Global Payment System Identification numbers are incorrect. Call Merchant Service Provider."
