Why is my logo being overriden on the page?

Understanding how global logo settings affect page-level branding

If you’ve uploaded a logo image directly in the Page Builder, but it’s not showing up on the live page, it’s likely being overridden by a global logo.

🧾 Why This Happens

Payments2us Studio allows organizations to set a global logo under Settings → Branding. When this is set, it will automatically appear in the header and footer of all pages by default — including newly created pages and existing ones.

This global logo overrides any logo images uploaded directly within individual header or footer sections in Page Builder.

✅ How to Use a Different Logo for a Specific Page

If you want to use a custom logo for just one page:

  1. Go to the Pages tab
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the page
  3. Select Update Details
  4. Check the box labeled “Use a different logo for this page”
  5. Click Submit to save

Once enabled, the page will use the logo images uploaded in the Page Builder (not the global logo).
