Why is a user unable to use the update card details button on Recurring Payment?
If the user is getting a permissions error, like the screenshot below, then:
- Check the User attempting to update the card has a Payments2Us Permission Set assigned to them, for example "Payments2us - Standard User"
- Check the Users profile includes the recommended Object level permissions.
- Check the User has permission to edit/update access to the related Contact and Account related to the Recurring Payment
