Error with Hash total on the Direct Debit layout New Zealand (IB4B) format
If you are getting an error with the Hash Total not being correct, then please check:
- For the BSB field (you can use language translation to change name if required) contains the Bank-Branch (including the hyphen), e.g. 12-3085
- The Account Number field is in the format of AccountNo-suffix. For example 0520507-000
Alternatively, you can store the Suffix in the Suffix field.
