Donation Page is linked to the correct 3-Step Form in Studio (Optional) Donation page is linked to the correct Thank You Page if you have one
🔗3-Step Form Setup & Configuration
A Salesforce Payments2us form has been configured and is ready to go A 3-Step Form has been created in Studio The 3-Step Form is linked to the correct Salesforce form URL The 3-Step Form is styled using a color palette aligned to campaign branding The 3-Step Form is configured with correct donation frequencies that match Salesforce Preset donation amounts, descriptions, and images are set for each frequency Contact fields are configured AND match Salesforce form configurations Reviewed Payment Overview and Payment Notes visibility (Optional) Adjusted iframe height to avoid inner scrollbars for last step
🙌Thank You Page (Optional)
Thank You Page has been created and published in Studio Success URL in Salesforce form points to the correct Thank You Page Required Success URL parameters (e.g. FirstName, LastName, DonationAmount, TotalAmount) are included Confirmation Page Action is set to “Bypass Confirmation Page – Go to Success URL” The Thank You Page is linked back to the corresponding Donation Page in Studio
🚀Testing & Launch
Donation Page status is set to Active Donation Page looks as expected and all buttons or links function correctly -
Test donation has been completed using a small amount (e.g. $1), verify: Donation form steps are working Contact and Transaction fields are saving correctly in Salesforce (If applicable) Thank You Page displays after successful payment with correct information displayed (If applicable) Donation progress bar updates correctly after donation
Page has been tested on mobile for layout and readability Campaign link has been reviewed and shared with the team
