How do I set a logo and favicon for all my pages?
You can upload a custom logo and favicon to apply across all your pages.
To do this:
- Navigate to Settings → Branding in P2U Studio.
- Upload your logo (accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG).
- Upload your favicon (accepted format: ICO).
Once uploaded, your logo and favicon will automatically appear on all pages.
How can I move my donation form on a page?
Currently, Payments2Us Studio does not support moving the donation form within a section, such as repositioning it from the left to the right side of a section. To ensure the donation form appears where you want it, we recommend reviewing the template layout carefully before selecting it.
However, you can move the entire donation form section vertically by dragging and dropping it up or down on the page.
Can I collaborate with my colleagues on page creation in P2U Studio?
Yes! P2U Studio allows each organization to have one Super Admin and multiple Page Admins.
- The Super Admin can create pages and assign them to different Page Admins.
- Page Admins can view, edit, clone, and update details for pages assigned to them. They also have access to all created donation forms and can add new ones.
-
However, Page Admins cannot edit or delete forms they did not create. They also do not have access to the Settings panel.
Can I set a custom error page for invalid URLs?
Yes! You can set up a custom error page to redirect users who visit an invalid URL under your domain.
To do this:
- Navigate to Settings → Redirect URL in P2U Studio.
- Enter your desired page URL.
- Click Save.
Once set, users who try to access a non-existent page under your domain will be automatically redirected to your specified error page.
Can I use one Thank you page for multiple different Donation forms?
Yes, but you need to be cautious when doing this.
When a Thank You page is set as the Success URL of a donation form in Salesforce, donors will be redirected to that page after a successful payment. In P2U Studio, each Thank You page has its own database that tracks total donations. When a new payment is made, the donation amount is added to the current total, which is then displayed on the progress bar of the donation page connected to that Thank You page in P2U Studio.
If you set one Thank You page as the Success URL for multiple donation forms, the progress bar on the associated donation page in P2U Studio will reflect the combined total from all these forms. This may cause inaccuracies if the forms are for different campaigns.
However, if you are using multiple forms for the same campaign and want to track the total amount raised across different fundraising efforts, you can use one Thank You page as the Success URL for these forms. In P2U Studio, you can then connect this Thank You page to multiple donation pages linked to the respective forms, ensuring accurate progress tracking.
How to have my page scroll to donation form by clicking a button?
1 - Open your page editor
2 - Locate the Button or Link you want to add this behavior and click it
3 - In the ACTION section on the right sidebar, check "Link to" and enter #customPageForm
in the URL box
I have uploaded a branding logo, but I want to use a different logo image for some pages. What can I do?
If you want to use a different logo image for a specific page instead of the one uploaded under Settings → Branding, simply check the “Use a different logo for this page” box when creating the page. Then, upload your preferred logo in the page editor.
You can also update this setting later by clicking the three dots next to the page card in dashboard → select Update Details → and adjust the logo settings there.

Why does background image upload fail even if my image size is under 2MB?
To ensure optimal website loading performance, Payments2us Studio enforces a file size limit:
Pages: Maximum image size is 2MB.
Donation forms: Maximum image size is 100KB.
Please check that your image meets these limits before uploading.
If your upload still fails, it may be due to special characters (such as _
, (
, )
, etc.) in your file name. Try renaming your file using only letters and numbers, and then upload again.
