If you receive an error when pressing the Letter Template Builder Button on the Letter Object that looks like the one below, then please follow the steps in this procedure.

This is a permissions error and has been address in version 10.0 of Payments2Us.  For now, you'll need to create your own Permission Set and assign it to the required users.

1. Click on setup icon (top right)
2. Search "permission set"
3. Click on menu item "Permission Sets"
4. Press New button

1. Enter Label "Paymetns2Us Letter Builder"
2. Tabbing off the Label defaults this
3. Select License of "Salesforce"

Click into Object Settings

Click into "Letter Template Builder"

• Click Edit
• Select "Available" checkbox
• press Save Button

Click Manage Assignments Button

Click Add Assignment

1. Select Users
2. Select Next button

Then on the next screen, press "Done" button
