Xero Integeration - Showing Multiple tenants

Before package 10.5 version, all tenants were shown on the Xero Authorisation success page(2.4. Complete Salesforce to Xero Connection). All the shown tenants used to be synced as Xero tenant records against the Xero Settings record as well. 

As part of an update done in version 10.5 only one tenant gets displayed, this will be same tenant that you select in the Confirming Allowing Access section of Connecting Xero to Salesforce help article. On upgrading to 10.5(or later version) from a version less than 10.5 or you are doing a fresh install. If you still see more than one tenant showing up in the Xero Authorisation Success page (2.4. Complete Salesforce to Xero Connection) or getting synced then you need to do the perform the following steps:

  • Log In to your Xero instance.
  • Select the Organisation/Tenant from the top left corner. Click on Settings from the dropdown.

 

  • Then go to connected apps and check for the existing connection with Payments2Us
     

 

  • Disconnect for all tenants/organisations and then try to connect with Xero
     

After completing the above steps, you will only see one tenant on the Xero Authorisation success page and only one tenant will get synced as well from Xero to Salesforce.
