PreRequisite
Only users with "Payments2Us Finance Users" Permission set assigned can change licenses using this interface.
With version 10.6 release, Payments2Us finance users can now manage Payments2Us feature licenses directly from the License Options interface, eliminating the need to raise a support case for feature updates.
Navigating to the License Options Page
- Open Payments2Us app
- Go to Payments2Us Settings in your Salesforce org.
- Click on License Options from the sidebar menu.
Interface Overview
| Field | Description |

| Account Name | Name of your registered Payments2Us account. |
| License Cancellation Allowed Date | Date after which license changes are allowed. |
| Type of Organization | Indicates if your org is Non-Profit, Corporate etc. |
| Payment Gateway | Your currently selected payment gateway (e.g., Windcave, Stripe). |
| License Options | A list of features available. |
| Features Installed | Features currently active in your org. |
| Amounts | Cost breakdown of selected features (updates in real-time). |
| Authority Checkbox | Confirms your authorization to make license changes. |
Adding or Removing Licenses
This will update the License Option, License Key and Expiry Date fields on all the merchant facilities as well where Organisation Id (AAkPay__Organisation_Id__c) field is equal to Salesforce organisation Id.
To Add a Feature:
- Select the feature from the License Options list.
- Click the → arrow to move it to Features Installed.
To Remove a Feature:
- Select the feature from Features Installed.
- Click the ← arrow to move it back to License Options.
The total Amount at the bottom will update based on selected features.
Sandbox Refresh License Button
If you create a new sandbox from your production instance where Payments2Us package is already installed then this interface will show “Refresh Production Licenses” button on the top left corner. By clicking on this button, your sandbox instance licenses will be set to be same as your Salesforce production instance. This will update the License Option, License Key and Expiry Date fields on all the merchant facilities as well.
Important Rules
- You must check the confirmation box to proceed.
- Once a feature is added, it cannot be removed for 30 days.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
