Overview

If your Payment Form or Event Form includes a Contact Us widget in the sidebar and you do not want it displayed, you can remove it by updating the widget’s status in the form configuration.

You can hide the Contact Us widget by marking it as Inactive in the form’s sidebar widget settings.

Steps

Open the relevant Payment Form or Event Form in Salesforce.
Scroll to the Sidebar Widgets section.
Locate the Contact Us widget.
Change its Status to Inactive.
Save the form.
Once inactive, the Contact Us widget will no longer appear on the published form.

Notes

This change applies only to the specific form you edit.
Other forms using the same widget will continue to display it unless you also update their configuration.
