✅ Steps to Grant Access
Go to the Studio dashboard.
- Click the Settings tab.
- From the side menu, select Remote Admin.
- Tick the checkbox "Allow remote access".
- In the Access expiry date field, choose a future date (this is when access will automatically end).
- Choose a date far enough in the future to give the support team time to assist you.
- Click Save.

Once saved, the Payments2Us team will be able to access your Studio environment until the expiry date.
🔒 Your Privacy and Security
- Remote access does not give our team access to your Salesforce org or donation data unless explicitly required and permitted through Salesforce.
- Access is automatically revoked after the selected expiry date.
- You can remove access at any time by clicking Remove Access.
