How to Grant Remote Access to the Studio Support Team

✅ Steps to Grant Access

Go to the Studio dashboard.

  1. Click the Settings tab.
  2. From the side menu, select Remote Admin.
  3. Tick the checkbox "Allow remote access".
  4. In the Access expiry date field, choose a future date (this is when access will automatically end).
  5. Choose a date far enough in the future to give the support team time to assist you.
  6. Click Save.

Once saved, the Payments2Us team will be able to access your Studio environment until the expiry date.


🔒 Your Privacy and Security

  • Remote access does not give our team access to your Salesforce org or donation data unless explicitly required and permitted through Salesforce.
  • Access is automatically revoked after the selected expiry date.
  • You can remove access at any time by clicking Remove Access.
