Payments2Us is aware that different organisations have different needs and budgets, so we have made available a number of different support options
1. Standard Support
Our standard support is included within the price of your Payments2Us application.
Standard support includes:
- questions answered by web or email within two business days,
- notes and links to information on where/how to resolve your questions,
- one hour free online/web walk-through/demo/training session.
Standard support does not include:
- applying updates or working on your system,
- over use of support (fair use policy)
We can refer you to our Premium Support or Implementation Services option based on your needs

Because Payments2Us is a native salesforce.com application, you also have Salesforce.com support for all Salesforce.com related queries.
To access this, simply click the Help & Training link on the top right when logged in.
