Support Options

Payments2Us customers are exceptionally happy, because we go the extra mile in the support process.

Payments2Us is aware that different orgnanisations have different needs and budgets, so we have have made available a number of different support options

 

1. Standard Support

Our standard support is included within the price of your Payments2Us application.  

Standard support includes:

  • questions answered by web or email within two business days,
  • notes and links to information on where/how to resolve your questions,
  • one hour free online/web walk-through/demo/training session.

Standard support does not include:

  • applying updates or working on your system,
  • over use of support (fair use policy)

We can refer you to our Premium Support or Implementation Services option based on your needs

2. Salesforce Support

Because Payments2Us is a native salesforce.com application, you also have Salesforce.com support for all Salesforce.com related queries.

To access this, simply click the Help & Training link on the top right when logged in.

3. Premier Support
