Why Receipts are not appearing on the Payments2UsSettings tab?

For the Receipts to appear on the Payments2Us setting.

  1. Please do a Stop/Start of the Batch Processor. Please refer to the link below.
    https://help.payments2us.com/m/FAQ/c/413812
  2. Then do a Ctrl-Refresh.
